Allison Balkaran, RP
Allison is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
She is a Rogerian therapist with an eclectic approach to treatment and tends to marry holistic and evidence based approaches in therapy. She intentionally creates a safe and non-judgmental space where her clients can explore intimate challenges and concerns.

Dr. Matthew Pickard, CP
Dr. Pickard is a licensed Clinical, Rehabilitation and Health Psychologist that is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). He is also the Ontario representative for the Canadian Psychological Association, Rural & Northern section.
He is trained in evidence - based practices and believes strongly in the common factors in therapy. He also believes that valuable information can be attained through assessments, and enjoys completing therapeutic assessments.
